Théodore Davy® provides organic and natural plant-based beauty and household products for customers who pursue high-quality skin care and who prefer to use natural rather than synthetic based products on their skin. Théodore Davy® uses the natural 'technology' of plants and natures own materials to produce products that promote a healthy lifestyle that has minimal impact on the earths natural resources.
All the raw materials of the ThéodoreDavy® series of products are from plants, which are transported to our manufacturing facilities after carefully selected and tested to be sure they are chemical and pest free. The raw materials comply with FDA high standard, and certified by the Swiss "Three-high" (3T-Fresh Extract technology) certification. Most of our products do not use chemo-synthetic pigments and synthetic fragrance, its colour and aromas arrive from Natural sources.
ThéodoreDavy® products use the minimal amount of packaging. This reduces the amount of antibacterial agents that need to be added to many of our competitors products when packaging is larger. Smaller packaging also ensures that the contents active ingredients stay intact, for example with our lipstick, smaller packaging keeps the product activity for longer.
All of the products of ThéodoreDavy® use environmentally friendly packing which includes recycled, wood, plastics and cotton fibre. Using less packaging also benfits the company and the consumer by reducing transportation costs. We estimate that there is a saving as much as 40% in transportation fuel costs over our competitors by using less packaging.
In our advertising campaigns we use only recycled materials and even the ink used is derived from Soy which means that it will degrade naturally without any harm to the environment.
The ThéodoreDavy living cell and organic plant compound technology research center and the USA branch’s organic chemistry laboratory are responsible for studying the biological activity and organic plant ingredients.
Raw material purchases are Fair Deal, if it is South Africa’s shea butter or the natural mineral salt of the Dead Sea, we have a strong belief in sustaining communities and individuals, preferring this approach to large corporations that are only profit driven. By using self-sustaining resources from communities that benefit directly from the products sourced there brings enormous benefits to individuals and families of the regions.
All Global manufacturing sites of ThéodoreDavy® adopt standardized processes, conforming to the "Three-high" (3T-Fresh Extract technology) standard. Our products are single location sourced, including the packaging. All processes of the manufacturing are monitored and strict testing of the product from all stages of production from raw materials to the finished product is systematically quality tested to ensure the customer is always delighted with the final product.
